What success looks like
In your first month, we will give you the full induction so that you understand the company culture and meet all of your cross-functional colleagues. We will ensure that you have all the tools that you need to be successful. By the end of the first month you will have an understanding of our design principles, customers, and products.
By month two you’ll be a critical member of the product organisation, working hand in hand with product leadership and engineers to bring features to life and ensure our products are useful and usable.
By month three you will have deep knowledge in how our customers experience our products. Proactively leading product discovery work, you’ll work closely with product and experience leadership to develop deep empathy for our customers to innovate how they use our products.
You will be reporting Dan Feldman, the VP of Customer Experience. Before joining Frankie, Dan has led the design, incubation, and growth product-led businesses at both Telstra and McKinsey and Company. When he’s not waxing lyrical about faster horses, Dan spends his time training in a variety of martial arts or tracking down obscure tequila.
The full-time role will be based in our Sydney or Melbourne office. As mentioned above, we have a flexible work-from-home policy though we are in the office on Wednesdays and Fridays as a minimum so we can maintain our vibrant office culture and use these days for team collaboration/problem-solving.
Our interview process will involve a series of interviews with the senior management and cross-functional partners at FrankieOne.
As an early-stage company, you’ll witness the company growing in size and value because of your direct impact. We also want you to see the upside in the value you bring and hence offer an attractive equity component to compensation.
