Responsibilities

• Able to think critically and strategically while translating them visually
• Manage and contribute to design libraries and design systems
• Lead design and oversee the development and delivery of effective user interfaces for client facing products
• Collaborating with PM, designers and developers to create and design innovative, user-friendly platform
• Able to articulate the design base on requirements to various teams

Requirements

• Portfolio of UI design or related projects
• 4+ years of experience working in interaction/visual design experience across multiple devices
• Knowledge of Design Thinking flows and concept
• Expert knowledge of responsive design and mobile UI
• Familiarity with design and/or prototyping software, such as Sketch, Figma etc.
• Ability to think independently, make decision and have good communication throughout
• Ability to perform in a fast paced, high stress design process under minimal supervision
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present work to executives and large groups.

 

Interview Process

• Phone interview
• 1st Interview: 1.5 hours, 1 hour meet with hiring managers + 0.5 hour meet with HR.
• 2nd Interview: 1 hour, meet with Taiwan Director.
