The history of the internet goes way back to 1966 but lets fast forward a bit to the golden age of groundbreaking events that changed a military communications system and a few protocols into the information superhighway we use today. The window to this magical golden age is the Web Browser. Mosaic gave birth to Mozilla which became Netscape and since then browsers have continued to evolve.
Whilst meeting online is nothing new, its demand has exploded over the last 18 months. Demand for better and more. Product Design is driving the way we develop our Product. Creating functionality and elegance in a complex browser based Product is at the heart of the Design roles at Wonder.
In this role you will be leading a team of experienced Designers solving very complex challenges. Managing their output and aspirations, previous experience as a people lead is essential. Besides that, you are expected to work hands-on yourself and impact the Product directly.
Product first
Producing world class elegant and intuitive designs for complex products should be in your DNA. At the heart of this work will be the expansion of our Design System and brand.
Research Focused
As a Lead Product Designer at Wonder research will be a key part of your success. Building a systematic understanding of our users. Adding valuable insight to the Product roadmap.

This role can be based from anywhere (mindful of EU timezones) either from home or if you prefer a shared serviced office space. Our physical office is in Berlin.
