We want to build something with the potential to change the heart of our industry, and we’d love to include your unique perspective.

For this mid-level position in Hilversum, The Netherlands we’re looking for a UX designer who knows how to build complex brand websites and digital journeys and has working knowledge of the strategy, concepting, design, prototyping and testing needed to do so. You know how to do your research and perform a usability test, but you really excel at designing creative content and UI solutions that turn mundane tasks into memorable interactions—all while considering user needs, business objectives and feasibility by keeping a short line with the stakeholders.

About you

  • Taking on design challenges in uncertain environments energises you.
  • A drive to develop and hone your design skills from project to project.
  • Naturally curious and a strong communicator.
  • Creatively brave, yet consistent and thorough when needed.
  • A collaborative self-starter able to cope with quick turnaround and tight deadlines.

About the work

You’ll get to bring your expertise to diverse projects from the biggest brands in a variety of industries. Every project brings new challenges, with a new design team and new creative opportunities. It is as thrilling as it is stressful. You’ll collaborate with designers and creatives to take the brief from concept to execution. A more strategic UX designer may support the requirements gathering and research, but otherwise you’re perfectly capable of designing and delivering a great experience. You negotiate the approach and way of working with the client stakeholders and your team, and design interactive solutions that are both usable, creative and visually pleasing.
