The job is for a global company of 7,000 multi-specialist personalities present in 9 countries in Europe and Asia, all passionate about technology. This position is in a multicultural squad, so good English skills are essential.

About the job

• It will be the voice of UX Writing in the gamer community, explaining its logic to developers, product designers, and product managers. Use creative thinking to approach problems in an innovative way, constantly challenging the status quo.
• Transform complex concepts into clear, concise, and engaging text, considering brand tone and voice, readability, and layout, among other things.
• Your work can range from headlines, body text, calls to action, navigation labels, error messages, integration flows, and even FAQs.
• Maintain consistency and narrative throughout the user journey within the product.
• Be interested in basic accessibility rules and investigate how to apply them to your own copy.
• Be an independent thinker and be able to bring your opinions to constantly improve the voice and tone company style guide.
• Work with people around the world to promote UX writing as a discipline.
• Interest in planning and moderating collaborative activities.

• You are excited and curious about the possibilities of digital writing. You keep up with the latest technical and narrative trends and take every opportunity to put them into action in your daily work.
• A constant learner of new trends in UX and research.
• 2 years (or more) experience in UX writing, content strategy, technical writing, or any field that focuses on user experience (not marketing or advertising).
• The ability to test with prototypes (drafts and sketches, paper prototypes, working prototypes) and live builds is an advantage.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly develop recommendations based on tested evidence.
• Excellent communication skills are essential, you need to be able to articulate ideas clearly when speaking in English
• A well-written portfolio for all types of digital experiences – websites, chatbots, apps, or games – is a plus.
