We are looking for a human centered UX Specialist to help design projects for some of the largest organizations in the world.

The UX Specialist’s responsibilities include conducting user research, implementing wireframes, user flows and other UX deliverables. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software such as Figma, Miro and Adobe CS.

A portfolio of professional UX projects is required to apply for this position.

Ultimately, you will create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

Responsibilities

Perform Heuristic analyses and document recommendations

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the Content Strategist and the project team.

Create user flows to illustrate efficient user paths in support of content strategy

Translate content outlines to site maps, navigation and page-level component layouts

Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets

Develop low fidelity mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how content and site features should display and function

Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

Identify and iterate through UX problems

Conduct adjustments based on team and client feedback

Requirements

Proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role

Portfolio of UX projects with documentation of process

Knowledge of Figma or Sketch, Miro are nice to have

Team spirit and respect for others; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

Good presentation skills

Good time-management skills

BSC in Design, Computer Science or relevant field

Understanding of Human Centered Design and Design thinking

Implementation of basic testing methodologies like Card Sort, Tree tests and first click testing
