We are looking for a senior product designer who is challenged by solving complex problems and able to turn them into the simplest possible user journey. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with a cross function international team consisting of product managers, software engineers, business development, and data analysts.

Responsibilities

• Be actively involved with defining product strategy & design
• Apply human-centered design methodologies and design cohesive experiences
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, software engineers, business development, and data analysts
• Conduct user research studies and put the insights into action
• Build interactive prototypes to communicate the flow of the design
• Learn everything there is to know about insurance & product internationalization
• Facilitate collaborative design with peers & partners in and out of the company

• Minimum 4 years experience in developing product design from conducting product research, wire-framing, prototyping to usability testing
• Strong understanding of usability and user experience principles
• Conceptual thinker with an ability to understand user behavior, conversion, simplicity and usability
• Pixel-perfect with attention to the smallest of details
• Have a strong portfolio of work demonstrating the process and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication (verbal, written, visual)
• Familiar with Figma and Zeplin
