Reporting to the UX Strategy Director, the UX Designer will lead the UX on all aspects of a product's development, including design, usability, and function. They will be involved in the entire end-to-end journey of a user's interaction with a product and includes identifying new opportunities for the product and business. This role will get to design for websites, email/CRM, digital banners, among other opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Work with our design and UX lead to create compelling user experiences
  • Support UX discovery via workshops & design thinking methods
  • Create low to high fidelity wireframes to illustrate the recommended experience
  • Participate in the creation of journey maps, user flows and personas
  • Support the end-to-end process from project kick-off to delivery handoff
  • Design within different platforms/technologies
  • Assist with special projects as needed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3-5 years of professional UI or UX experience and/or 4-year degree in Design, UX or related field
  • Experience working in an agency and with pharmaceutical clients is a plus
  • Fluent in common design software (Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, PowerPoint) for the creation of sitemaps, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and presentations
  • Strong product design experience from concept to execution
  • Experience working with CMS systems (AEM, Contently, Magnolia, WordPress)
  • Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work within technical constraints as they apply to CMS and desktop/mobile devices
  • Great time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • A team player who can work with cross-functional team members and facilitate collaboration
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate the value of a design choice to users and non-designer stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation skills, with an ability to advocate for user needs based on qualitative feedback and quantitative data
  • Knowledge of current web standards and the latest trends
  • Strong sense of ownership and proactively advocates for the end user
  • Design thinking with a user-centric mindset
  • Creative and analytical approach
  • Online portfolio with case studies showcasing your process
