Are you a UX designer who thrives at the intersection of user insight, fast experimentation, and emerging technologies? Arionkoder’s Innovation Team is looking for a Senior UX Designer to work closely with PMs, ML experts, and developers to explore AI-powered opportunities and turn ideas into intuitive, testable solutions.

You’ll lead discovery, facilitate Design Sprints, build prototypes, and help shape early-stage products that improve workflows and services through AI.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Research & Discovery: Plan and conduct user research to uncover needs, behaviors, and pain points. Synthesize insights into clear problem definitions and opportunity areas.
• Facilitate Design Sprints: Run 1–2 week sprints to collaboratively explore and test new ideas with your cross-functional team.
• Design for AI Experiences: Help define how users interact with AI tools and agents, crafting flows that address trust, control, and explainability.
• Prototype & Test: Create wireframes, flows, and clickable prototypes using tools like Figma. Test and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Tell the Story: Communicate design decisions clearly, using storytelling to bring user problems and solutions to life.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with ML engineers, PMs, and developers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with technical capabilities.
• Support Experiments: Participate in scoping lean experiments that allow the team to learn fast and iterate responsibly.
• Mentor & Uplift: Share best practices, give feedback, and help raise the bar across the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Senior-Level Expertise: 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showing research, prototyping, and product impact.
• Master Facilitator: You’re an engaging leader in workshops, user research and design sprints, capable of guiding teams toward innovative solutions.
• Experimental Mindset: You are comfortable testing, iterating, and learning from feedback in fast iteration cycles.
• Storytelling Excellence: You can craft and deliver compelling narratives about your process and outcomes, ensuring buy-in and enthusiasm from diverse audiences.
• User-Centered Visionary: You bring deep empathy for users, consistently translating their needs into thoughtful, impactful designs.
• Strategic and Systemic Thinking: You see the big picture, designing experiences that fit within broader systems and achieve both user and business goals with technically feasible solutions.
• Prototyping Expertise: Proficient in tools like Figma, you can collaborate with a UI Designer to create prototypes that effectively communicate ideas and enable quick testing.
• Team-Oriented Mindset: You succeed in multidisciplinary teams and believe innovation is strongest when perspectives combine.
• Curiosity and Passion for AI: You’re eager to explore how emerging AI technologies reshape design. You stay ahead of the curve on topics like explainability, uncertainty, and data-driven feedback loops, and enjoy designing for these new challenges.
• Strong Tool Proficiency: You have hands-on experience with tools like Figma, Miro, and others used for research, prototyping, and fast iteration.
