The UX Designer focuses on creating intuitive flows for individual digital and non-digital marketing assets. Their primary concern is making assets usable, accessible, and enjoyable (i.e., “elegant”) for their end-users. The UX Designer will be making decisions about how the individual assets are structured and keep an eye on how they evolve throughout the design process, often collaborating, advising and guiding creative designers. The UX Designer will also be expected to bring new and fresh ideas to the company, experiment with new technology, and share user experience thinking with Calcium as a whole.
