This job post is over 2 months oldand may no longer be available.

Description

At Mito Digital, our goal is to design and deliver human-centered, best-in-class digital solutions. We have been working with enterprises from around the globe for more than 10 years, in industries such as telco, lottery, ecommerce or aviation. Our Design Delivery Team is looking for a Senior UX Designer who is comfortable with user flows, wireframes, prototyping (and some research and testing on the side) and as a much seen, skilled senior designer also happy to mentor junior and medior members of the group..so far so good? It’s just getting more exciting, scroll and read more!

Your tasks will be…

  • Creating web- and mobile based solutions and applications.
  • Designing wireframes for multiple features, large and small.
  • Driving user experience design decisions and working independently. Of course it also means seeking others’ feedback independently too.
  • Be there in client meetings and translate complex ideas and professional jargon into accessible language. (Hopefully a persuasive one, too.)
  • Conducting competitor analysis, researching best practices…if you only find the good practices, that’s a good start to make them best!
  • Usability testing with various methods and tools. Human-centered solutions are the backbone of what we do – and why we do it.
  • Participating in case study creation. We also like to tell people about the clever things we create.

You are the one if you…

  • have a solid track record and experience with UX work and wireframing in digital projects
  • take ownership of your work – and help the more junior team members reach that level too
  • are a true advocate of the UX field; you are interested and invested in your profession
  • have spent a considerable amount of time in the world of UX and it almost feels like you have seen it all (don’t worry, no one actually has)
  • are like special forces, always ready for deployment - you have the brief and you hit the ground running
  • are ok if the research or the UI is made by a dedicated expert – working closely with you and relying heavily on your input
  • have a minimum intermediate level of English (besides your fluent Hungarian) meaning you can give convincing presentations in English

Bonus points…

  • You have worked in an agency-like environment, and hopefully loved it
  • You have experience with short and long term design projects
  • Figma is your go-to tool..and you are okay to go to others’ Figma if they need your feedback

Benefits

What do we offer?

Personal Budget

Annual budget for every employee, one can account for services and products from areas of Health, Sport, Self-development and Travel.

Home Office

The best of both worlds. We want to make sure to provide a way of working that adapts to your needs and fits your projects as well. As a rule of thumb, everybody works two days per week from the office. The other three depend on you, your manager and the stuff you and your team are busy with.

Flexibility

9 to 5(ish). Or 10 to 6. Or whatever. You can manage your time quite flexibly, if you do everything the others need, on time.

Health

They say an apple a day keeps the doctor away, so you’re probably going to be fine, since we have free fruits and snacks every now and then. In case you still need medical treatment, we provide extra coverage for you.

Learning environment

Mito Hackathons, Mito Academy, Mito Brainy, Mito Showcase. There’s a lot of events to keep our knowledge fresh – we know we should invest more time in naming them.
