Web/Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and talented web and graphic designer to join our team. The successful candidate will create visually stunning designs for a variety of digital and print mediums for our clients. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, able to think creatively and have experience with both web and graphic design.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print mediums, such as:

    - Business cards, flyers, posters, brochures

    - T-shirt design, packaging, book covers

    - Print advertising, trade show materials

    - Websites, landing pages, popups, login screens

    - Social media graphics, Facebook/Twitter covers, newsletter design

    - Lead magnets, display ads, banner ads

    - Infographics, PowerPoint graphics, e-Books

    - Logos, branding, and other marketing materials

• Collaborate with clients, a team of designers, Account Managers, and QAs to understand the client's design needs and deliver high-quality results on time.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, and apply them to design projects as appropriate.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing and completing them within given timeframes.
• Ensure that all designs are consistent with the client's brand and style guidelines.

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field
• At least a year of experience in web and graphic design, preferably in an agency setting (no fresh graduates at this moment).
• MUST have an updated computer/laptop that can handle long hours of design action + backup computer.
• Minimum requirements for Desktop/Laptop: Intel core i5/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor, 8GB RAM
• Reliable and consistent high-speed internet connection (at least 20mbps) with backup connections (ESSENTIAL as we upload files to the cloud consistently).
• Adobe Creative Suite CC or newer (Creative Cloud preferred).
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work samples.
• Well-versed in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• A no-ego approach to design - ensuring you're doing what's best for the customer.
• Strong understanding of design principles, with accuracy and attention to detail.
• A kind, helpful, and proactive attitude.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

This position is for a FULL-TIME Designer.

Benefits:

• Pay: PHP20,000 to PHP30,000 (Depending on experience).
• Location: Home-based (Philippines) - Permanent work from home, co-working space, beach, wherever you'd like as long as you have a laptop and good internet connection.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8h/day, 1pm to 10pm PH time, with core hours being 6pm to 10pm (PH time).
• Designer Referral: $100 for each web/graphic designer you refer that joins and stays with us.
• Paid Time-Off: 15 days of paid leave + 10 unpaid days + 2 sick days paid (after 6 months of tenure).
