Glance Collective: Glance Collective co-creates and operates multiple unique brands in partnership with some of India’s biggest digital creators and celebrities. It was created as a joint venture company between Glance and Collective Artists Network in July 2021 and launched its first brand – EK – with Ekta Kapoor in November 2021. Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating minimal but premium UI designs and will be well-versed in using Figma and its plugins. In addition, the candidate should have strong skills in creating animated prototypes using tools such as Figma, Principle Mac App, Framer, etc., as well as experience using After Effects for animation.

 

Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Use Figma and its plugins to create high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
• Create animated prototypes using tools such as Principle Mac App, Framer, etc.,
• Use After Effects for animations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and research, to ensure that designs are feasible and meet the needs of users.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in UX design, HCI, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design skills and experience creating animated prototypes.
• Proficiency in Figma and its plugins, as well as Principle Mac App and Framer or another similar tools.
• Experience using After Effects for animation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
