We are seeking a Design Lead to spearhead product design at Seekho, an edutainment platform on a fast paced growth trajectory. In this role, you will own the visual strategy and user experience of our flagship product, serving as both the design strategist and the external brand ambassador for how Seekho's product is perceived in the market. You will partner closely with our Product and Content teams to ship fast, maintain design excellence, and ensure every interaction reinforces Seekho's brand promise of engaging, accessible learning.
This is a high-visibility role that combines hands-on design execution with leadership and brand stewardship. You'll design end-to-end user flows, build and maintain our design system as a strategic asset, and advocate for design thinking across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design research-led product experiences that translate requirements into intuitive, engaging flows, validated through user testing and aligned with Seekho’s design system.
• Own and scale the design system by defining visual standards, building reusable Figma components, and driving consistent adoption with flexibility for iteration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Content, and Engineering to align design with business goals, pedagogy, and technical feasibility.
• Represent and strengthen Seekho’s brand by clearly communicating design rationale, showcasing work externally, and aligning visuals with brand positioning and industry trends.
• Lead and mentor the design team by fostering a strong design culture, developing talent, and championing UX, accessibility, and inclusive design best practices.
• Design for high engagement and learning impact through gamification, personalization, multi-modal experiences, and a deep understanding of the edtech ecosystem.

• Experience: 7–10 years total with 5+ years in UI/UX or product design for high-engagement, consumer products; strong mobile-first design, modern tools, and design system experience with a proven impact on engagement and retention.
• Portfolio & Craft: Strong end-to-end portfolio showing visual excellence, interaction depth, and the ability to balance aesthetics, usability, and business outcomes.
• Core Skills: User-centered research, scalable design systems, clear communication, strong problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and agile project management.
• Leadership Acumen: Design leadership/mentorship, accessibility knowledge, design-to-development collaboration, engagement and metrics-driven design, and brand experience.
• Mindset: Design conviction with humility, bias for action, systems thinking, deep engagement focus, and strong alignment with Seekho’s mission.
