Who is Robin AI?

Robin AI is on a mission to revolutionize the legal industry by simplifying contracts and making law accessible to everyone. We utilize cutting-edge machine learning and contract software, enhancing traditional legal services and bringing together experts in engineering, AI, and law. Robin AI has recently raised $10.5m Series A funding, whilst also turning cash flow positive and seeing an impressive 20x revenue growth in the last 12 months.


Why is this role important to Robin AI?

As a UI Designer at Robin AI, your role will be to help solve the problems that the legal industry has learned to live with. You will have an impact from day one, working closely with the product and engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge, user-friendly, machine learning-powered software that makes lives easier for anyone who uses our solution.

We will look to you to map out the journeys users take to accomplish key goals and craft seamless workflows and interactions. You will team up with our engineers to turn designs into a dynamic interface whilst resolving any issues arising in development.

You will enhance how we monitor user interaction and the improvements that we can make as a result of the data. We are consistently looking for ways to make the design team ‘best-in-class’ and you will have a real opportunity to influence the growth of the team.

Our Tech Stack

Our design team have curated a set of tools that allow us to work collaboratively and transparently. We use Figma and FigJam for everything design related. We utilise Maze and Dovetail to conduct and store our interviews, research and usability testing.

Sounds great! What are my responsibilities?

  • Partner with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and design elegant, intuitive interfaces
  • Craft cutting-edge wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups that push the boundaries of design
  • Develop and maintain a consistent design system to create a cohesive user experience across products
  • Drive insightful user research and testing initiatives to optimise the usability and effectiveness of designs
  • Stay up to date with the latest UI design tools, techniques, and trends to create industry-leading user experiences

What about my skills?

  • Over 3+ years of experience as a user interface or user experience designer, preferably within a product-based organisation
  • Expertise in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision
  • Strong visual design skills with an ability to create simple and intuitive interfaces
  • Working knowledge of design systems, interface patterns, and best practices
  • You have a portfolio of brilliant design work highlighting a user-centred design process
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • You have a growth mindset and passion for learning and expanding your design skills
  • You will have an understanding of HMTL, CSS and JavaScript.

Compensation @ Robin AI

  • Salary: £60,000-£65,000
