Endor Labs is founded by Varun Badhwar and Dimitri Stiliadis, who have created category-defining companies and generated billions of dollars in market cap. What you’ll do:

• Deliver on all aspects of UI/UX design, from strategy to execution.
• Research, interview, design, iterate, finalize MVP UX design and beyond for a product that serves two distinct personas - security professionals (buyers) and developers (users). 
• Decompose complex problems into simple workflows that solve user pain-points.
• Lead brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to generate innovative ideas that push our products forward.
• Craft delightful solutions through expressive visual and interaction design that pushes the bar forward.
• Create design systems and patterns that enable the Design and Engineering teams to be highly efficient and effective.
• Directly interface with our users to conduct interviews and gather insights to inform decision making within the product.
• Drive cross-functional team alignment through effective and proactive communication.

What we're looking for

• Experience in creating world-class developer-centric products (B2B SaaS) from a back-of-the-napkin concept to launching and scaling product adoption, and growth.
• Ability to comment on PRs, read RFCs, etc. 
• Shown success working in and leading teams in a scrappy and fast growing environment.
• Experience creating and/or maintaining robust design systems.
• Experience in designing self-service workflows for rapid product adoption, and product led growth strategy.
• Relish ambiguity: you thrive in ambiguous situations and can create structure from noise.
• Exceptional communicator: you communicate clearly and concisely.
• Self-starter: you can take ownership of an area and deliver beyond expectations.
