Atome Financial is hiringUX Designer

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for UX design for Atome consumer products (including iOS and Android applications).
2. Create user flows, wireframes, low-to-mid fidelity models. Design product information architecture, interfaces, and interaction flow.
3. Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to plan end-to-end product strategy and roadmap.
4. Collaborate with product managers, researchers, UI designers, and engineers to support product release.

Requirements:
1.Minimum 5 years of experience as a product designer/UX designer in a digital company. Experience in building fintech/e-commerce-related products is a plus.
2. Proficient in using charts, wireframes, high-fidelity models, and prototypes to quickly conceptualize and convey advanced design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors.
3. Have played a role in multiple products or features from concept to launch, with a clear business impact, and have a passion for building the best user experience and monitoring metrics to ensure delivery.
4. Able to work independently within constraints, take initiative to drive the team forward, and find alternative solutions to problem-solving.
5. Experience in UX research and the ability to collaborate with other designers/researchers to plan, conduct, and translate research findings into meaningful insights.
