UI Designer

Job Description:

Maxsip Telecom is seeking a talented mobile apps UI Designer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a UI Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for our telecom products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, conduct user research, and translate concepts into wireframes and prototypes. Responsibilities:

 

? Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for our telecom products and services.

? Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into design concepts.

? Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and enhance user experience.

? Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.

? Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results.

? Ensure consistency and coherence in design across multiple platforms and devices.

? Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI design and incorporate them into design processes.

? Work closely with the development team to implement designs and provide support during the development process.

? Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing assets for promotional materials.

 

Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role, preferably in the telecom or technology industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design, with a focus on user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and designing for multiple platforms.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

 

Job Type: Full time/ In Person

Salary: 45k-60k based on experience
