As designers and researchers we are working at the intersection of product design, business, and engineering to deliver usable and valuable solutions to our global customers.

The Role:

You will work in one of the core areas of our platform, which focuses on the development of innovative SaaS product features and functionalities to enable analysts to create complex business knowledge. Within this area, you will work closely with Leads, Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to ensure alignment and execution of a shared vision, while also helping the teams to understand the expressed and unexpressed needs of our customers. To be successful within this role you must be able to come up with concepts that break out of the norm whilst also being comfortable changing your approach depending on the concept stage, switching between “gravity off” & “gravity on” mode to come up with innovative solutions. This also requires continuous alignment with multiple teams and subject matter experts, creating handoffs in between different parts of the platform which enable analysts to harness the full capabilities of the platform, delivering the best possible user experience.
