Senior UI/UX Designer

We are therefore looking for a passionate, dynamic, results oriented UI/UX designer to join our product team to enhance our existing design/s of Incari Studio. As a senior, you will need to work autonomously as well as part of a larger team. Ultimately, we are looking for a willingness to try new things and get "your hands dirty", a desire for self-improvement, strong collaboration skills and a strong work ethic!

What you will need to do:

• Create ongoing UI designs of Incari Studio – the HMI authoring tool for desktop and embedded systems
• Support the core development team with wireframes, prototypes & high-fidelity mockups to communicate design intents
• Use your expertise in modern UI design tools to propose new concepts to improve the overall user experience of Incari Studio Building a Design System for current and upcoming products
• You will work with the product team and will have a strong impact on the product experience throughout the entire development process

• Solid experience in design practices such as UI Design, IX Design, UX Design & usability
• 7+ years of professional experience in Product Design proven with a relevant and up-to-date portfolio
• Experience in designing excellent user experiences across multiple channels and digital platforms (e.g. mobile, web, embedded, desktop)
• Experience in contributing towards a Design System
• Strong wireframing & prototyping skills
• Fluent in any modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and possible experience in 3D tools
• Experience partnering with engineers to release features, products, and/or services
• Basic understanding of common technologies
• Solid presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluent English language skills
• Experience working within an Agile team and successfully delivering Agile based software projects
