TymeX is hiring Senior UI/UX Designer

The Company 

TymeX is the tech and operations arm of TymeGroup. Mostly based in Asia, we design and develop software for our business units. We have bank licenses in South Africa, The Philippines, Vietnam and are expanding fast in APAC. 

The Team 
This role will be part of the Design Team. Our 15-member team consists of UX designers, UI designers, Motion designers, Researchers, Writers, and Strategists. We collaborate through catch-ups, critiques, and design operations. Recently, we have won six prestigious design awards.

The Role 

We are searching for a highly skilled and passionate Senior (or Lead) Designer focused on UX (bonus if with good knowledge of UI). The ideal candidate should possess outstanding design skills, ideally with prior experience in the fintech industry. Critical thinking, a strategic mindset, and the ability to focus on the larger picture rather than individual pages are essential qualities. This position is based in Ho Chi Minh City. We offer a competitive relocation package (as well as delayed relocation) for those willing to move to HCMC.

• 3+ years in digital User Experience and Interface design focusing on mobile (Android, iOS) 

• Excellent English communication skills, able to communicate with any stakeholders. This is a multi-country role within a multinational team. 

• A genuine passion for Product design and attention to even the smallest details is crucial. 

• You have a portfolio of beautiful, detail-oriented designs (not conceptual) showcasing the delivery of successful products to the market, from concepts to prototypes and final execution. 

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design.  

• Knowledge of best-practice UX design techniques (Android, iOS), such as user journeys, flow charts, wireframing, etc. 

• Great eye and a passion for customer-centric and aesthetic pixel-perfect design. 

• You should have a strong opinion and the ability to sell your vision, but you should also be ready to adapt and change when alternatives are more compelling. 

• A collaborative mindset to create holistic design solutions that address business, brand, and user requirements.
