About This Role

UI/UX Designer responsibilities include working with product management and development to gather user requirements, designing graphic elements, wireframes, and user workflows, and ensuring conformity to accessibility requirements for Superna’s browser-based products. The successful candidate will have experience with design software and wireframe tools, and will come prepared with a portfolio of previous work.

What You Will Do

 

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards and process flows
  • Design graphic user interface elements, like icons, windows, menus, tabs and widgets
  • Build page navigation buttons and search fields
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the products appear and function
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Things You Should Have

 

  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  • Portfolio of design projects
  • Knowledge of wireframe tools
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software
  • Be a good collaborator and team player.
  • BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
