Lodgistics, a growing hotel technology startup, is seeking a Junior Product Designer with UI experience to join our team as the first member of our Design Team. As a Junior Product Designer, you will work closely with our Product and Engineering Teams to design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for our web and mobile applications. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented designer to make a significant impact and take on responsibilities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Work closely with the Product and Engineering Teams to iterate on design prototypes
• Create visual designs, wireframes, and other UX assets
• Create user-centered designs and UX strategies
• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand user needs and design solutions
• Review designs to ensure they meet our brand voice and style guidelines
• Stay up to date with latest design trends and technologies and provide continuous process improvement recommendations

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, UX, or a related field
• 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in UI design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Experience designing for web and mobile applications
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies
• Strong design sensibility that translates to digital interfaces
• Ability to create wireframes, design prototypes, and other UX assets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
