JOB DESCRIPTION

Our partner is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing exceptional user experiences for our SaaS and B2B products as well as support the design lead in all design operations and manage the design team. As a Senior UX Designer, you will bring your expertise in designing systems for international markets, specifically in the areas of Learning Management Systems (LMS), HR, or finance systems. A champion of design thinking, human/user-centred design and eager to solve real problems. Your passion for creating intuitive and impactful user interfaces will contribute to the success of their products and the satisfaction of the customers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Assist design lead to manage the design team and create design processes, ensuring efficient collaboration and high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee and lead the end-to-end user experience design process for our school SaaS products, from user research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Collaborate with product managers and development teams to define user requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions, ensuring the products meet the needs and expectations of our international markets.
• Create user personas, user flows, and information architecture to guide the design process and ensure a seamless user journey.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with best practices in UX and UI design.
• Prototype interactive experiences and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles, accessibility, and inclusivity throughout the design process.
• Promote a culture of collaboration and inclusivity within design, fostering an environment where creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement thrive.

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a focus on designing SaaS and B2B products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous work on LMS, HR, or finance systems, showcasing your ability to design complex systems with a global mindset.
• Experience in designing for international markets, considering cultural, language, and usability factors.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with rapid prototyping tools.
• Strong expertise in executing diverse user research methods, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative techniques.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate user insights into intuitive and impactful design solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and work in cross-functional teams.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX/UI design best practices.

Salary range: 4000-5000 SGD
