Job title: UX Lead
Job location: Santa Clara, CA and unanticipated client sites across the US. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate domestically.
Number of positions: 2 openings.
Offered Salary: $124,500 per year
Job duration: Permanent position, Full time, Mon - Fri, 40 hours per week.
Job Description: Develop, detailed storyboards, flow diagrams, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes, to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and usability findings using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Luma system, Information Architecture. Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience refinements and improvement updates. Collaborate with user researchers to plan and execute user studies and help define user needs. Facilitate Scrum related activities, project reviews, retrospectives using Agile methodologies.
Education and Experience required: Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interactions or Graphic Design or Design Management plus 5 years progressive experience in job offered or as Designer or Information Architect. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree and 5 years experience will accept Master’s degree in Human Computer Interactions or Graphic Design or Design Management plus 2 years experience in job offered or as Designer or Information Architect. Prior work experience must include 2 year’s experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Luma system, Information Architecture, Prototype, Wireframe, Agile Methodologies.
