Description
About the Agency
A leading customer relationship agency. We are obsessed with helping brands grow meaningful relationships with people using the power of creativity, the beauty of data, and the magic of technology.
We are part of the MRM Worldwide network, with 30 offices in 23 countries. Our clients include many globally recognised brands. MRM Worldwide is, in turn, part of McCann Worldgroup, meaning we have all the benefits of being part of a world-class network while retaining the culture and entrepreneurial spirit of a smaller agency.
About the role
Following a recent period of wins for the agency and a maturing of the Customer Experience team we are looking to reinforce our UX discipline with a new Senior Experience Designer to create exciting client work, win business for the agency, and help the team thrive.
Our small but effective CX department that has been built over the last 3 years to become a capable discipline within an agency with credibility not just in the region but also globally. Our vision is to grow the offering and team to solidify our presence and this role will be pivotal to that success. The team currently solves challenges across the four pillars of the department; Audience Understanding & Insights, CX Strategy, Experience Design and CX Measurement.
We now require a Sr. Experience Designer to own the operational side of UX projects and help further embed our DesignOps approach to the way we function as a team. Reporting to the CX Director, the candidate will also help to grow the discipline and promote human-centric design throughout the agency.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Identify and evaluate potential opportunities to improve existing web, apps, mobile and interactive designs.
- Conduct user research, run feature testing, and incorporate findings into design iterations.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, walkthroughs and prototypes to communicate your design to the rest of the team.
- Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, mockups, and other product deliverables to effectively communicate designs and product requirements.
- Envision and develop intuitive, scalable, and engaging interactions and experience designs for multiple platforms (web and mobile)
- Work seamlessly with UI Designers to develop aesthetics and maintain standards.
The role is predominantly focused on the research, strategy and definition of digital experiences and your CV and portfolio MUST demonstrate your process and thinking rather than any pretty UI.

- Display a proven track record of leading large-scale projects in a collaborative manner.
- Be able to manage their time efficiently, and balance work across multiple projects.
- Have experience of designing multi-channel digital experiences
