About The Role

We're looking for a User Experience Designer capable of conceptualizing, designing, and implementing superior and creative solutions to user problems. This analyst must align design practice and efforts to the client’s business objectives and add value through simple and usable interfaces.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform User-Centered Design (DCU) practice adapted to a project context (ex: UX in an Agile environment)
  • Research who the users are, their needs, and expectations
  • Explore problems and discover opportunities
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Deal with business, functional and technical profiles
  • Understand detailed requirements and design experiences aligned to user needs and business goals.
  • Propose, support, and effectively communicate viable solutions aligned with the CyberBank Digital product.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, interactions, and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Respect pre-existing branding guidelines and ensure visual coherence.

What you'll be bringing to the table

  • Culture and formation on User-Centered Design (UCD).
  • Research: gathering and analysis of ethnographic data, interviews, and surveys.
  • Usability and Accessibility.
  • Solid Iterative design knowledge (flows, wireframes, mockups) and UI design (patterns and design guides).
  • Experience working with Design Systems in Figma.
  • UI Design and Interaction Design on different devices (Web and Mobile).
  • Experience working on Agile UX methodology.
  • Intermediate-Advanced English level.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with internal teams and clients
