Superside is looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer with experience in Email Marketing design, to join our Web team. You'll be create enthralling user experiences, and solve significant business challenges for a wide range of global brands such as Meta, Amazon, Google and Masterclass as well as startups and scale-ups.
You will have the opportunity to join a globally distributed team of top-talent creatives, work on exciting projects and plenty of growth opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Design engaging and intuitive Emails both desktop and mobile, aligned with the customer's communication purpose
- Understand the customer's marketing funnel and create a design based on the needs of the campaign
- Collaborate with various teams to define requirements and design solutions
- Design emails in Emailify (figma plugin) and export HTML5 Emails
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
- Continuously learn, develop, and share your knowledge with the team
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Design, or similar education3-5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your UX/UI design / Email design skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skillsProblem-solving mindset with a focus on user-centered design
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills to present and explain designs and deliverables to peers, executive stakeholders and customers
- Knowledge of the automation process is a plusKnowledge about the principles of Digital Marketing and Conversion funnels
