·       Leadership & Mentorship: Nurture, inspire, and grow a team of UI/UX designers ensuring professional development and high-quality design deliverables.

·       Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Management and Development teams to realize a unified vision, ensuring smooth transitions between stages of product development.

·       Strategic Design Thinking: Implement and advocate for a Design Thinking framework across projects, championing user-centric design and iterative feedback loops.

·       UI & UX Excellence: Drive the creation of elegant, intuitive user interfaces, and memorable user experiences across all our products and platforms.

·       Feedback & Iteration: Regularly collect user feedback and collaborate with product and engineering to continuously iterate and improve our product.

·       Vision Setting: Shape the overall design strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with our brand and business goals.

·       Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, or equivalent work experience. 

·       Experiences: 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of successful product launches and leading design teams.

·       Portfolio: Demonstrated excellence in UI, UX, and product design, showcased by a portfolio of work.

·       Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate design decisions and feedback to all stakeholders.

·       Technical Acumen: Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc., and a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.

·       Design Thinking: Solid experience with the Design Thinking framework and its practical application in product development.
