About your new role

As a UX Designer, you will focus on the interaction between our customers and online services to ensure the user experience is seamless. You will be at the forefront of UX design solutions that employ and improve our principles, standards and design patterns, centred around best practice, consistency and re-use.

Key Responsibilities

As a UX Designer you are expected to undertake the following responsibilities as part of your day to day activities:

  • Design user interfaces and user flows that are intuitive, effective, and user friendly
  • Develop information architecture that is easy to navigate
  • Conduct user research to identify user needs and pain points, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams to gather feedback on designs and implement these
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in UX design
  • Interpret user insights and map user journeys.
  • Assist in feature delivery from concept to launch
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing the current product's user experience.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of user research and testing.
  • Take responsibility for the entire design lifecycle, from analysis to UI delivery.

Requirements

To be successful for this role you will ideally meet these requirements

  • Have an extensive portfolio, which demonstrates creative and analytical thinking and the delivery of effective UX solutions.
  • Experience within a similar role, ideally within a SaaS business
  • Experienced using design software such as Figma to create design prototypes
  • Excellent communication skills, in order to champion interface designs and thinking with stakeholders and developers.
  • An understanding of agile project development methods
  • Good attention to detail with the ability to solve complex problems and critical thinking skills
