Description

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to design and deliver high-quality interfaces that meet both user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

User Research:

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Analyze and interpret data from user feedback, surveys, and usability testing.

Wireframing and Prototyping:

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts and interactions.
  • Iterate designs based on feedback and user testing results.

User Interface Design:

  • Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Ensure consistency in design elements and maintain brand guidelines.

User Experience Design:

  • Design user journeys, information architecture, and navigation flows.
  • Optimize user experiences by considering usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers.
  • Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively.

Prototyping and Testing:

  • Build interactive prototypes for user testing and feedback.
  • Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.

Stay Updated:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Continuously enhance skills and knowledge in UI/UX design.

Tools:

  • Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other relevant software.

Requirements

  • Proven 3 years experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects with a focus on user-centered design.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with front-end development and collaboration with development teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions.
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
