Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative and interactive website interfaces that align with client goals and objectives
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into user-centered designs
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user flows
• Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize website performance and user experience
• Optimize website design for mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in web design and UX/UI
• Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across the product.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Oversee all user experience and design aspects of the product.
• Establish and implement design and UX standards and guidelines.
• Work closely with the CEO to align the product’s design with the company's strategic goals.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects to ensure timely and effective delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a design-focused role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your abilities in UX/UI design.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A strong eye for aesthetic design and user-centered design principles.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience working on mobile app design.
• Experience in designing for web-based applications.
