Responsibilities

Design and develop innovative and interactive website interfaces that align with client goals and objectives
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into user-centered designs
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user flows
Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize website performance and user experience
Optimize website design for mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in web design and UX/UI
Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across the product.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Oversee all user experience and design aspects of the product.
Establish and implement design and UX standards and guidelines.
Work closely with the CEO to align the product’s design with the company's strategic goals.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects to ensure timely and effective delivery.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a design-focused role.
A strong portfolio demonstrating your abilities in UX/UI design.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A strong eye for aesthetic design and user-centered design principles.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience working on mobile app design.
Experience in designing for web-based applications.
