Life as a UX Designer at CES/City IT:
Directly reporting to the Senior UX Designer, you will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary Online Development Team. You will be tasked with taking ownership of the UX function for a suite of internal products within this Digital Domain. In this position you will be poised to shape these products into the best version they can be.
This is a key role within our team and will require a high level of energy and motivation to drive improvements in this ever-changing technical landscape along with an obvious appreciation of our business needs and opportunities. You will be liaising with many different departments, including your direct team colleagues, the various IT departments, and potentially Users.

Key Skills & Experiences:
- Ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of advanced graphic design principles.
- Strong business acumen.
- A degree of understanding around how websites are built.
- Strong belief in the full UX design process from research, definition, ideation, prototyping, testing, and iterating.
- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to inform design decisions.
- Advanced level of Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools (such as Figma/XD).
- An understanding of the latest design and technology trends in a commercial environment.
- Strong knowledge of user flows and site mapping.
- A good understanding of design systems ensuring brand alignment.
- Always thinking responsive, designing experiences which work seamlessly across all devices.
- A strong portfolio displaying your UX design process and results.
