The Opportunity
We seek a UX/UI Designer to help us build the next generation of AI coding assistants. We are already beating the competition in terms of the quality of our AI generations, and now it’s time to turn great technology into a most lovable product.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop visually appealing designs that enhance the overall user experience.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Analyze user data to identify patterns and insights that inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment and consistency in design and implementation.
Essential Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and visually appealing designs.
- You have created innovations that positively differentiate your product’s UX from competitors and UIs that delight your customers.
- Proficiency in conducting user research. Ability to quickly build rapport with the target audience and be professional with enterprise customers.
- Ability to analyze user data and identify patterns and insights that inform design decisions, ensuring an intuitive and user-friendly experience.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in design and implementation.
- Creative mindset with a passion for pushing the boundaries of design and exploring innovative solutions to design challenges.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or Figma, and an understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
