Overview

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our innovative team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience across our digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with our design, development, teams to translate user requirements into engaging and interactive designs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring an optimal user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
  • Create interactive prototypes using tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma or related tools to demonstrate design concepts and interactions.
  • Implement front-end design elements using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while maintaining design consistency across platforms.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design and front-end development.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and user-friendly landing pages and promotional materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Front-end Developer, or similar role with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and projects you've worked on.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies, usability testing, and design thinking principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Knowledge of motion design principles and tools such as After Effects or Principle.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
