Our websites attract millions of visitors every year. They are often the first touchpoint with which our users interact with our Brand, and ultimately how we win their business. They remain one of our most valuable sources for lead generation.

About the team you’ll be joining:

Reporting to the Lead Website Designer and Senior UX Designer, you’ll be part of a growing cross functional team consisting of designers, developers and marketers. 

We’re looking for someone who is prepared to be a brand champion. Someone who is keen to embrace and evolve our internationally renowned tech brand and help create not only your best work but our best work.

Someone who can meticulously craft digital experiences, balancing aesthetics and functionality to ensure seamless, engaging and delightful interactions for all users of our websites.

What you'll do:

    • Ensuring our brand is consistently represented across all of our customer and prospect website touchpoints on the website.
    • Autonomously planning and building intuitive, engaging, responsive and accessible website solutions in response to briefs, that prioritise users’ needs, loading speeds, scalability and conversation opportunities.
    • Conducting user research (generative and evaluative) and translating findings into robust user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and user delight.
    • Optimising the information architecture of our sites so that our users can achieve their tasks and goals with the greatest precision and speed.
    • Assisting with systemising Website UX & UI, in parallel to the Product and Marketing Design team’s efforts, to create a comprehensive pattern library that delivers efficiency, consistency and delight to all design touchpoints across the organisation.
    • Driving and maintaining great UX design within a cross-functional website team to ensure that our pages and sites are fundamentally user-focused and accessible to all.
    • Liaising with peers to source and/or create website assets such as product shots, diagrams and motion graphics
    • Liaising with Content to find the best fit for website copy
    • Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

What you have:

    • Have at least 3 years commercial experience working as a UX designer
    • Have a bachelor's degree in a field such as user experience design, graphic design, interaction design or a related field
    • Present a portfolio/examples of work during your interview that demonstrates excellence in your craft
    • Have proficiency in the design software we use as a team (Figma / Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator)
    • Be able to distil and translate complex requirements into crisp, modern, accessible and inviting wireframes, web page designs and experiences
    • Document and communicate your work efficiently and effectively to a variety of stakeholders
    • Have a deep knowledge of core visual design principles and how to apply them
    • Have a critical eye for details
    • Have a working knowledge of Design systems and ways of systemising, scaling and documenting design solutions across large organisations
    • Have a thorough understanding of UI web patterns and web design principles
    • Possess strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams.
    • Have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
    • Have experience designing for mobile/responsive contexts
    • Have a good working knowledge of accessibility requirements and how to solve for them
    • Be familiar with Wordpress.

You might:

    • Have experience with AEM, CSS and HTML
    • Have a passion for data visualisation
    • Have experience in motion design
    • Have Coding Experience
