Our Ways of Working Principles:

We believe that most of us do our best work when we work together, but we know that everyone works in different ways, and quite frankly, has other commitments and responsibilities outside of work.
As we further adjust  to hybrid working, we want to take what we've learnt from working remotely and keep the flexibility that's enabled us to thrive and keep driving our business forward.

We have some core principles which support us in this:
Do what’s right
Trust & give permission
Delivery matters

We understand ways of working can look different based on your role, team and you as an individual so we are here to support and discuss this with you during the interview process.

We are looking for a highly skilled UX Researcher with strong quantitative research and data analysis skills to lead a key strategic project focused on improving user experiences across our two brands: Moonpig (UK) and Greetz (NL). You will be responsible for end-to-end testing and will connect user insights with behavioural data, providing a comprehensive view of the user journey. This role is critical to identifying opportunities for improving both user satisfaction and key business metrics like conversion and retention.

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Key Project: Own and drive a high-impact project aimed at improving key business metrics across both Moonpig (UK) and Greetz (NL). Your research will directly inform product strategy and business decisions.
    • End-to-End Testing: Design, implement, and analyse qualitative and quantitative UX testing, including usability studies, surveys,, and behavioural research across all our platforms and both brands.
    • Data Integration & Analysis: Collaborate with data analysts to integrate user research with behavioural and analytics data (e.g., Google Analytics) for a comprehensive understanding of user experiences. Conduct statistical analysis to measure the impact of product changes and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Business Metrics Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, CRM and Data Science teams to translate research into business impact.
    • Cross-Brand Collaboration: Coordinate between the Moonpig (UK) and Greetz (NL) teams to ensure consistent implementation of research findings and UX improvements across both brands.
    • Synthesis & Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders through comprehensive reports, visualisations, and presentations, helping to drive user-centred product enhancements.
    • New Market Acquisition: Assist the GM of our International Business with activating customers across our new markets – Ireland, US, and Australia, driving growth and engagement in these regions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX research, with a strong focus on quantitative methods and data analysis.
    • Tools: Strong expertise in research tools (e.g., UserTesting) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar). Basic experience with design tools such as Figma is a plus. Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python for data analysis, is advantageous.
    • Project Management: Proven experience leading complex UX research projects with multiple stakeholders, brands and countries.
    • Communication: Excellent ability to communicate data-driven insights and research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing shifting priorities, and delivering actionable insights on tight deadlines.
