JOB DESCRIPTION

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for our web applications. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, to create seamless user experiences that align with our brand and meet the needs of our users. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and refining designs based on user feedback and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces for web applications that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure cohesive and consistent design solutions.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data.
• Ensure that design solutions are responsive and work seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design systems.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Having 2 years of experience in ERP products would be a big plus.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or similar.
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
