RUN Studios and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join the team for upcoming projects!
Are you a creative, visual storyteller with high-end digital skills and extraordinary attention to detail? Are you a self-starter with outstanding collaborative and communication skills who can also work independently from a team? One of our client's team is dedicated to being the beacon of design excellence within the highly visual, emotive, and impassioned space where contemporary fashion and cutting-edge technology meet. Our client’s aim is to provide simple, fluid, and beautiful experiences that accommodate our growing and diverse selection, while enabling customers to make confident buying decisions and delighting them along the way.
This is an approximate 6-month project opportunity, you must reside in New York to be considered this hybrid position.
As a Senior UX Designer, You Will
- Conceive, plan, lead, and execute new shopping experiences for fashion that eliminate customers’ biggest barriers to purchasing clothing and shoes online
- Work at the intersection of customer data, computer vision and machine learning models, leveraging deep personalization to design elegant solutions to customer needs in the fashion space
- Leverage your confidence in how clothing and shoes will fit, personalized experiences based on style, size, and budget preferences, and fun moments of discovery are examples of outcomes we’re striving to achieve for our customers
As an Applicant, You Bring
- 8+ years of UX or interaction design experience, with 3+ years being in a lead product design, or equivalent, role
- Online portfolio for review
- Knowledge of usability principles and techniques
- Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design
- Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
- Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps
- Ability to finish deliverables on time

Compensation
Pay Range: $65.00 – $83.50 (Hourly)
The successful candidate’s starting pay within this range will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
Benefits:
Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
