Our team, consisting of 600 digital experts, operates across 8 studios in Asia, driving exceptional results through varied perspectives. Beyond business, we ignite genuine brand connections, making us your dedicated partners in achieving transformative success across human experience, digital marketing, branding and communication, user design, and e-commerce realm

We’re working on projects in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Korea, Taipei, and so on. Our team thrives on user-centric inputs, we're a creative democracy where everyone has a voice, and we tackle diverse projects with a collaborative and innovative spirit. As we secure exciting new projects in Hong Kong, we’re looking to expand our team with top talent.

What You'll Do

As a UI Designer, you'll create stunning visuals and establish branding guidelines for our clients, ensuring consistency across various platforms. This mid-level role requires a comprehensive understanding of regional communication codes and tones for online branding. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting visual direction by transforming intangible elements into tangible, compelling experiences. We expect to see design language and its use cases at a guideline level, such as examples in Do's and Don’ts.
  • Developing context-focused interactions by assessing high-level information hierarchy that is easily accessible and aligns with brand aesthetics.
  • Developing and maintaining design systems for client projects.
  • Enhancing our visual presentations in PowerPoint to effectively communicate our ideas and case studies to clients.
  • Critically evaluating wireframes and user flows during the transition to the visual design phase.
  • Managing the branding elements of projects, whether for online communication, product design, or in-store printed assets.

What You're Like

We are looking for someone autonomous in handling design-related projects, who thrives on challenges and is eager to grow their abilities and knowledge. You have a passion for creating exceptional visual experiences, using symbolism and details thoughtfully while balancing both analytical and creative thinking skills. You understand that design is about solving problems through iteration, not just producing numerous screens. You possess a keen eye for visual details, can confidently advocate for your solutions, and have excellent communication and presentation skills.

What we'd love to see

  • At least 5+ years of experience working as a UI Designer or Visual Designer.
  • A portfolio showcasing your visual design abilities, including UI component design, prototypes, logotypes, visuals for online and printed branding, and interfaces.
  • Face-to-face client interaction experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams. End-to-end project experience is a plus.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
  • An understanding of cross-cultural differences in communication and language.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a creative and adaptive mindset.
  • The ability to defend your views with conviction and adapt gracefully when new information arises.
  • Ideally, a degree in a design-related course. However, we are happy to hear from applicants from other backgrounds with self-made references, a great attitude, work ethic, and ambition to craft great experiences.

We care about your personality and professional skills. We don't care about your gender, age, nationality or appearance and are open to working with everyone.
