Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and motivated Product Designer to join our dynamic team in the finance tech sector. As a Product Designer, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences for our financial products. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your design skills while contributing to the development of cutting-edge solutions in the finance industry.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the product and development teams to design user-friendly interfaces for financial tools and platforms.

Assist in the creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.

Conduct user research and testing to understand user behavior, pain points, and improve product design.

Ensure designs align with business goals and regulatory requirements in the finance industry.

Work with Senior Product Designers to iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.

Help maintain and contribute to a cohesive design system and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in product design and finance.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably within the finance or tech sector.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe CS, or similar.

Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodology.

Strong attention to detail and passion for creating seamless user experiences.

Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and manage time effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn and grow.
Bonus Skills

Experience working in the finance or fintech industry.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end development principles.

Understanding of financial regulations and accessibility standards.
In good faith our salary range for this role is $ $90,000 - $120,000 but are not tied to it. Final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience, expertise, and other business considerations.
