Location: Fully Remote  
Experience Level: Senior (6+ years) 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design Leadership: Provide design direction for the project's needs and goals.  

• UI/UX Design: Lead the creation of intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, ensuring seamless user experiences across digital platforms. 

• User Research: Plan and execute user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and improve product performance. 

• Figma Expertise: Use Figma to craft wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, maintaining consistency with design systems. 

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and others, to align design goals with business objectives. 

• Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging technologies to enhance design practices and products. 

• Portfolio Development: Present your design process, decisions, and impact through a compelling portfolio. 

Requirements: 

• Experience: A minimum of 6 years in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of successful projects. 

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in UX research, UI design, and interaction design is mandatory. 

• Tools: Expertise in Figma is essential; familiarity with other design tools is a plus.
