About the Role

An established digital agency specialising in interactive experiences and user-centered design solutions. We're seeking a mid-level UX Designer for an exciting project focused on enhancing an existing digital product. This role offers the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team that creates innovative solutions for leading brands across various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analyze findings to inform design decisions and create data-driven solutions
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture to guide the design process
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with project requirements and user needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on design solutions

• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills and user-centered design approach
• Proficiency in design thinking methodology and various UX research methods
• Experience with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Knowledge of information architecture principles and interaction design patterns
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
