Description

As a UI / UX Designer at Awesome Motive, you will be responsible for transforming ideas into beautiful “user-focused” designs that are optimized for conversion and ease of use. This includes designing SaaS admin interfaces, marketing landing pages, and other web design tasks.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years work experience.
Absolute proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and / or Figma.
Excellent wireframe skills to break down big ideas into easy-to-use interfaces.
Understanding of web design and typography trends, browser compatibility issues, and web design constraints when it comes to speed.
Obsessive in your attention to small details.
Talent to generate creative ideas in a highly interactive environment.
The ability to iterate and ship ideas quickly.
Excel in a team environment and be able to communicate clearly with your peers.

Bonus points if you also have:

Ability to hand-code standards-compliant HTML and CSS (you won’t be coding, but sometimes it's helpful to know this to improve communication with developers).

Location
This is a remote position - our team is spread around the globe! Our home base is in Florida, USA, so company operating hours are 9am - 5pm ET (UTC -5). While full coverage is not a requirement, you must be available during a portion of the day.
