UI/UX Designer

As a UI / UX Designer at Awesome Motive, you will be responsible for transforming ideas into beautiful “user-focused” designs that are optimized for conversion and ease of use. This includes designing SaaS admin interfaces, marketing landing pages, and other web design tasks.

• Minimum 3+ years work experience.
• Absolute proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and / or Figma.
• Excellent wireframe skills to break down big ideas into easy-to-use interfaces.
• Understanding of web design and typography trends, browser compatibility issues, and web design constraints when it comes to speed.
• Obsessive in your attention to small details.
• Talent to generate creative ideas in a highly interactive environment.
• The ability to iterate and ship ideas quickly.
• Excel in a team environment and be able to communicate clearly with your peers.

• Ability to hand-code standards-compliant HTML and CSS (you won’t be coding, but sometimes it's helpful to know this to improve communication with developers).

Location
This is a remote position - our team is spread around the globe! Our home base is in Florida, USA, so company operating hours are 9am - 5pm ET (UTC -5). While full coverage is not a requirement, you must be available during a portion of the day.
