What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design along with a portfolio that showcases your amazing skills!
• A solid understanding of design principles, user-centric thinking, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with Figma (this is our main tool) or related tools.
• A positive attitude. You’re excited about learning, solving problems, and tackling challenges with a can-do approach.
• Team player mindset. You enjoy collaborating with others, sharing ideas, and supporting teammates to achieve great results together.
• Openness to feedback. You’re eager to grow and improve, viewing constructive feedback as an opportunity to sharpen your skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with the design team, product managers, developers and marketing to bring ideas to life.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI elements that align with user needs.
• Work closely with the UX research team to understand needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback (because no design is perfect the first time, right?).
• Stay in the loop with design trends and share ideas to keep our work fresh and innovative.
