We are looking for a highly-motivated Senior Product Designer to join our team! Weave is a product-led company with tight product-market fit and a customer-focused culture. We strive for high autonomy and high alignment through clear goals, OKRs and tight collaboration with engineering, support, product marketing, sales and customer success. 

What you will own:

  • Identify and troubleshoot UX issues

  • Gather and understand feedback and data as it relates to usage of all our web properties

  • Develop and document experiments and A/B tests to improve user experience and ultimately convert users to potential customers

  • Design user interface elements, pages, and cross-feature workflows

  • Create original graphic designs, illustrations, etc. to be used in web and app properties

  • Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders

  • Document technical and business requirements for projects

  • Conduct research, UX testing sessions, etc to understand our users and potential customers

What you will need to accomplish the job:

  • 4+ years of UX/UI design industry experience

  • A strong portfolio showing a track record of using design solutions to satisfy both customer and business needs in a creative way

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Experience planning and running UX research practices

  • Experience creating innovative digital interface design solutions for web apps and desktop platforms

  • A strong understanding of the Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design principles and patterns

  • Proficiency in Figma

  • Experience working from low-fidelity mockups to high-fidelity prototyping

  • Strong grasp of visual design, user experience design, and interaction design principles 

What will make us love you:

  • Experience with designing for VoIP platforms or FinTech

  • A passion for strong design that delivers a great user experience and conversions

  • Knowledge of design, color, typography, and UX best practices and principles for app design

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication/collaboration skills with an ability to discuss and explain design decisions

  • QA or other automated testing experience
