They are seeking a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) who will be responsible for defining the design strategy, building a user experience (UX) framework, and prototyping the user interface (UI). You’ll collaborate closely with product leads, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver intuitive and impactful designs that improve user satisfaction and drive business success.

What You'll Do
- Lead the design strategy to align with the product vision and business goals.
- Develop a comprehensive UX framework that ensures seamless and intuitive user interactions.
- Prototype the user interface, focusing on usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and sales) to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
- Create design documentation, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve product design.
What You Need
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design strategy and prototyping skills.
- Experience in building and implementing design systems.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and methodologies, including user research, personas, and usability testing.
- Ability to prototype designs and create interactive mockups.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with product managers and engineers.
- Familiarity with healthcare software or patient acquisition platforms is a plus.
- English - Proficient / Professional.
- Spanish - Native.

- This is a full-time, long-term position.
- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement.
- Hybrid in La Condesa (Mexico City, Mexico).
