Our first product – automated paymentreconciliation and control –is already checking over €4bn in payments annually.

About this role
We’re looking for a mid-senior Product Designer to drive end-to-end design across our evolving product. From user research and discovery to prototyping and final UX, you’ll shape the experience that helps finance teams work smarter, not harder. As part of an early-stage startup, you’ll have the freedom to build and iterate quickly, own the design process, and collaborate closely with product, and engineering teams to transform insights into impactful product features.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and testing to deeply understand user needs and validate ideas.
• Own the design process from concept to delivery, producing intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to define user stories, prototypes, and design solutions that balance user experience, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Iterate rapidly based on feedback and data insights, ensuring designs evolve to meet changing user and market demands.
• Champion best practices in user experience and interface design, advocating for consistent and accessible solutions.

About you

• Experience: 3+ years in UI/UX or product design, ideally within startups or dynamic environments.
• Autonomy & Ownership: You can independently run discovery and validation processes, owning features from early ideation to final refinement.
• Technical Fluency: You’re comfortable talking shop with developers and understand how your design decisions impact engineering complexities.
• User-Centric Mindset: You thrive on user research, prototyping, and usability testing. You see feedback as an opportunity to refine solutions continuously.
• Collaboration: You excel at bridging gaps between product, engineering, and any other stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the team.
