We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, visually compelling, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles to deliver seamless user experiences that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ User Research & Analysis – Conduct user research, develop personas, and create journey maps to understand user needs and behaviors.

✅ Wireframing & Prototyping – Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize concepts and user flows.

✅ UI Design – Develop responsive, aesthetically pleasing, and intuitive user interfaces for both web and mobile applications.

✅ Usability Testing – Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs to improve user experience.

✅ Design Consistency – Maintain design consistency by adhering to brand guidelines and UI/UX best practices.

✅ Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with project goals.

✅ Continuous Learning – Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and industry best practices to keep designs modern and innovative.

🔸 Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
🔸 Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
🔸 Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms (responsive design).
🔸 Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
🔸 Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback.
🔸 Familiarity with design systems, typography, color theory, and branding.
🔸 Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

🔹 Good to Have:

🔹 Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better collaboration with developers.
🔹 Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
🔹 Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
🔹 Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
🔹 Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

🔹 Qualifications:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
✔️ 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
✔️ A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work and problem-solving approaches.
✔️ Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
✔️ Passion for user experience and a keen eye for aesthetics.
